A few thoughts:
- 700 is a pretty solid score; once you get to or above 700 the marginal utility of extra points starts to decline, in my observation.
- Your challenge is that you face a set of trade offs that only you can choose between. Specifically:
You have limited work experience so you need something to off-set that, especially if you're going to apply this year (naturally, you could also wait another few years before applying which would probably be my first choice but let's just say that you're applying this year).
That off-setting element could be either very strong applications or another 20-30 points on your GMAT.
Both are going to take a lot of time and effort and, given that you have limited time, you may be able to do only one.
Given that there are no guarantees that you can get those extra 20-30 points, then I think I would recommend that you focus on writing OUTSTANDING essays and leave the GMAT alone. You have a great score so now is the time to focus on writing a great application.
