Whether or not you should get a MBA depends on if it makes sense for your career goals. If you need a MBA to make a career change or progress in your current career path, then it would make sense. What type of program to do, if you decide to pursue your MBA, also depends on your career goals and what you are looking for in a program. If you are looking to make a significant change in your career path or wish to completely focus on your education, then a full-time program might make the most sense. If you want to stay in your current career path, then a part-time or executive program might be the best option. Executive programs are generally for folks with at least 10 years of experience, so this is probably not an option for you currently. I would encourage you to do some research on your desired career path and talk with folks that are in the higher levels of management you aspire to be in to acquire the information needed to determine if getting a MBA is the right decision for you.
