What chances do I have in getting admitted to good B-schools

Hi,

I've just finished my Under Grad programme in India. I have a GPA of 6.4 and I'm planning to take GMAT in a couple of months. I would like to know what are my chances in getting in to a good University and what GMAT score would be a safe one considering my GPA.
