Sorry for all the questions. One more.

When schools says they want at least 3 years work experience, do they mean by the time you will start their MBA program, or by the time you are applying (since there is about a 1 year time gap from application to start of the program)? I would assume by the time you start the program, but I could be wrong.

Yes, they mean by the time you start the program. Thus you need to have at least two years when you apply to have three upon starting your MBA.
