You should be just fine--even better than fine in the applicant pool. One advantage is applying from an under-represented country with a high GMAT score and top marks in school. I wouldn't worry too much about the undergrad institution, your GMAT more than demonstrates your abilities. As for semester abroad, you need to just think about other ways to present your unique perspective that will be valuable to your classmates. Again here, the experience in your home country will be valuable since I am sure not many people will have worked or studied abroad in Moldova.
