Please eval my profile and make suggestions

I was looking to enroll in the UTexas eMBA program and just finished my GMAT. I was wondering what other top schools I would have a good chance to be accepted to:

Age: 35
GMAT: 710 47/40 Q/A (I'm almost positive I could get a better Q score if I took it again)
Education: Comp Engineering from Big Ten School. 3.01 (not sure if GPA is a problem or not)
Career: Started in Development, moved to Management (managed up to 8 people), and now do Pre-and Post Sales Solutions Architecture. I also have press releases from my current employer referencing my work and me specifically
Letters of Rec: I should be able to get the CEO and CTO of a Fortune 1000 company where I've been 10 years. I've worked directly with both and they know me very well.
Outside activities: I'm worried this is an issue as I work a lot and haven't made time for things like charity work. My activities this past year: hiked 98 mile Wonderland Trail around Mt Ranier, SCUBA certifcantion, and training for my first 10k.

Am I a realistic candidate for Warton/Northwestern/Chicago/Michigan? Have I missed those timelines for fall 2011?

Wharton (Feb. 1 deadline) would be tight but not impossible. You have time for the others. It is unclear to me whether the 47 is the quant or the verbal. If the quant, you have nothing to worry about. If the verbal it would depend on the program. Your other qualifications are competitive for these programs.

Regarding your non-professional activities, make the most of your outdoor interests, which are impressive.
