Pls review my profile for PTMBA at Booth/Kellogg

Hi Friends,
Could you please review my profile and advise if I stand a chance of getting admission at either Booth/Kellogg?

GMAT score 680 (48,34).
Experience: 12 years - last experience Big 4 Senior Manager. Last 10 years in USA. managed a certain P&L and large teams.

Should I retake my GMAT?
Much appreciate your advice.

Considering the amount of time you have until the applications are due, I would definitely take the GMAT again. From the little information you've supplied, it looks like you have enough experience for an MBA and will have leadership, recos, etc for a Booth or Kellogg MBA.
