Hi,

Thanks for your post. You certainly have a solid professional background. What isn't clear is your career progression. While you've worked in several roles and functions, have you been promoted? You'll want to be sure your resume reflects not only your job description and responsibilities, but also your career progression. It's important to keep in mind that you fall into a group that represents a very large number of business school applicants. Since this is the case it is crucial that you clearly demonstrate a solid career trajectory as well as find other ways to demonstrate your unique attributes. You need to be sure your essays reflect not only who you are professionally, but who you are on a personal level. Solid essays combined with excellent recommendations will certainly help boost your chances of success.

Best,

Stacey
