A 4 isn't a great score on the AWA, but a 740 overall is awesome, and I have a hard time imagining that your AWA score is going to be enough to keep you out of most programs. I think that for the majority of schools, your GMAT score will be impressive enough that they're not going to worry too much about your writing score. I would focus on writing a great personal statement so they can see that you're a better writer than your AWA indicates. And congrats on that 740!
