Hi
Im 34 yr old and have been working in consulting in US for about 12 yrs(Oracle, Accenture) in managerial capacity and now I own my firm providing services to firms like ATT to integrate their retail supply chains with various entities. I got a 750 in GMAT recently. Im contemplating whether my age would be counted as a negative factor if I apply to full time MBA amongst the top 10 schools. I have heard that schools dont want to upset the age range on a given class and usually dont look favorably at older(32+) candidates.
Can you please comment whether you have observed this with different adcoms? Do you think my profile looks decent enough that the age could be overlooked?
Thanks in advance.
