It is known that test takers have the possibility to increase their score by starting their writing with a famous quote. I think that this is useful only for the "Analysis of an Issue", am I right?

My questions are:

How to select the most appropriate quotes?
How to organize the quotes?
Which should be the main themes for the selection?
How many quotes should we memorize?
