Consider the following points Raja:

1. From your linkedIn profile, the work appears more on the development side rather than management. Make sure if you claim for the latter, you are able to back it up.
2. The international experience is good and will help you differentiate from the crowd. Assuming you were among the select few to get this, it can make for a pretty riveting story overall.
3. The 12th level performance rarely matters for most schools. A 680 is likely to put you at a disadvantage especially at top schools. If you think there is potential, there is definite merit in taking another shot at the GMAT.
4. The ECs sound reasonable. Not clear however of the recency there which is an important aspect to bear in mind.

Thanks Manish for genuine advise. I have realised that what I am aspiring for is not possible with 680 gmat score. I am planning to re-take GMAT by september. Apart from re-take I also want to work on my profile related stuff. Just need your 2 cents on below questions:

1. How much recommendation added in linkedin profile matters ?
2. Will the volunteering experience in abroad sounds good to add in profile? like Vivid sydney is an event happening in sydney and I am selected for volunteering.
3. After reading Sameer's blog, i again read my EC's and saw that while reviewing my profile you overlooked what I think my biggest achievement so far as I was not able to present it well. I wonder when you, who want to see best in me, missed that , how come adcom team who have tonnes of application would have saw that.

Now my silly question, in Infy I proposed an idea , created a business cases, implemented it.It saved client $412k aud. It was highly appreciated by client because it was provided to client free of cost and appreciated by Infosys senior management as very less effort was put in for this to realise technically. Out of say 100 or so(not sure about exact number), this idea was selected by Vishal sikka's core team who looks at Idea which are based on design thinking and then presented to Vishal sir(CEO of infosys). Does this sound another good point to highlight in profile apart form international exp and onsite opportunity(cummulative effect of lot of small good things) which is very highly competitive in infosys.

The international volunteer work would definitely help. And yes, a lot of the work in application is about articulation and ensuring you are conveying your profile in the best possible manner.

LinkedIn and social media profile/presence is becoming increasingly popular but rarely still a relevant positive criteria so I wouldn't break my head over it much.

The CEO stuff is pretty cool. Go deeper though. If you can link this to your post-MBA story for instance - that would be even more awesome.
