Student Jaya Srivastava won- "Design your start-up logo competition 2021", in collaboration with Skilleit under the Initiative for entrepreneurial skills. 4. Students participated in Delhi Time Fashion week 2022 to showcase their design collection. 5. Ms. Shivangi Nischel secured an international placement with a CTC package of 14 LPA for the brand Barburrito. 6. Tharindu Dhananjaya secured an international placement with a salary package of 10 LPA for the brand MAS KREEDA AL SAFI based in Jordan. 7. Sri Sai Thejeshwar Rao, Aditya Giduthuri, Manpreet Kaur, and Shilpa Agasti bagged an international internship offer at Simba Fashion, Bangladesh with a high paid stipend of 35 thousand per month and a package of 15 LPA after completion of the internship. 8. The Second time 20 students participated in the Mega Delhi time Fashion Week 2022 to showcase their design collection at Roseate House. 9. Student Tushita Tripathi secured a retail job at Uniqlo as an assistant manager at 7 LPA.
Hi there , LPU offers B.Design (Fashion) programme which has the duration of 4 years.This program provides students with extensive input in design and technology which is necessary to begin a career in fashion industry. The eligibility criteria is - Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST* or UCEED or Under Graduate NID DAT (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT or NIFT B.FTech.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.
