Hello, Srikar,

You have some clear strengths: interesting and impressive work experience, and the strong GMAT will go a ways toward mitigating a low GPA, though the latter will still be a factor. Your extracurricular/community participation seems OK but not stellar. HBS would want to see leadership in this dimension as well as at work and school, and you're on the older side for HBS as well. From your list of schools, from the information you provided I would suggest applying to 1-2 from that list excluding HBS. Insead might be a good one to target especially. And I would also suggest targeting appropriate schools in the very next tier (which would still be a reach, though slightly less), e.g., Darden, NYU, Anderson, IMD.

Best regards,
Cindy Tokumitsu
