Hello BTG,

I'm on Day 15 of the Study Guide (a few days behind due to work) and have answered all of the PS and DS problems in the Official Guide as instructed in your Study Guide daily email, and according to the GMAT Progress Chart, my overall score so far is 70% for PS questions and 44% for DS questions. Should I be worrying on such scores? What should I do to boost my score higher, especially for DS questions? I recognize that I am quite weak on DS questions, but I don't know what to do in order to improve it! Please help. YOur advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's important to note that everyone struggles with DS questions at first. Some people respond by answering fewer DS questions, when they should be answering more.

Remember that you've been answering PS-type questions for over a decade and you've been answering DS-type questions for a few days.

I recommend that you go on a DS-only "diet" and fully immerse yourself in these question types.
You should also review all of the DS videos that I reference on Day 4 of the Guide.

I hope that helps.

Cheers,
Brent

Thanks for the advice, Brent! How long would you recommend me to stay on the DS-only "diet"? Should I re-do all/some of the DS questions mentioned in the Guide?

If I were you, I'd work on DS questions until my success rate for DS questions is similar to my success rate for PS questions. Otherwise, the DS questions will drag your score down.

Cheers,
