So how do you solve question 8?
A = 400
B = 400
Both A & B = 125

only A = 400 - 125 - 125 - 75 = 75
only B = 400 - 125 - 100 - 75 = 100

only A or only B or both = 75 + 100 + 125 = 300

Percentage = 300/1000 * 100 = 30%

Hope this helps.

The total is 1,000 and you could calculate A only, B only, A&B only from the given data. C is the answer.
It's an entry-level question

Hi all you guyzzzz!!!... Got the answers as: 7] E and 8] C

As all the individual figures are given, just add up the values that are found for the products A alone, B alone and C alone. = 75 + 100 + 150 = 325.

8] 300/1000 X 100 = 30%

I hope this explanation really helped...
