In order to MAKE SURE we have 8 of the same color we we have to take out all of the "other" colors plus 8 of the color with the most marbles

10+15+20+8=53

Is the OA 53?

Low confidence in the answer.

Answer: 29

Explanation:
pick 7 balls of each of the 4 colors = 7*4 = 28

so, 8th ball can be from any one of the colors.
Picking this ball will make 8 balls of same color

=> 28+1 = 29
