To this day - I still do not have a fast method of doing VICS rates and work. I know to pick numbers - but I always end up picking really bad #'s. Can someone walk me through a method - to conquer this. It would probably take me 3.5 - 4 minutes to do this problem and I would like to do it in 2.5 if not 2.
