Currently am scoring in the range of Q49 and want to notch it up to Q51. What would be a better choice Manhattan Advanced Quant or Challenge Archive ?

Manhattan Advanced Quant has 200 problems with strategies and Challenge Archive has 250 MGMAT Challenge Questions.
