C revenue dropped by 11% ie if it was $100 in 1996, it became $89.
Similarly for trucks, which became $107.
Putting this in an equation
89c + 107t = 101(c+t) ; coz total revenue from sales was up 1%.

89c- 101c = 101t - 107t
=> 12c = 6t.

So c/t = 6/12 = 1/2 ie. 1:2
So ans is A
