I would go with E

parallelism

Basic verb form provide seems to be consistent with house,conserve etc...
and, as sources is required

A and B are out becuase it intorduces a sentence fragment by comma + and

C is out firewood that providing changes the meaning

D wrong tenses..forest supply X for providing
