Study help for pure maths

Can anyone recommend a good maths textbook/study book to improve my pure maths (e.g. integers, powers etc.)? It doesn't have to be a GMAT book, a good high school/university math book may be fine too.

I came unstuck in the GMAT by these questions. I have done a lot of prep on these types of data sufficency questions, but come unstuck when new principals are added.

Thanks a lot,
Joseph
