B. Having not yet learned, inventors need to learn
C. Inventors have not as of yet learned
D. Inventors as yet have to learn
E. Not having yet learned, inventors

B - change the meaning, Have is required to show that action started in past continues into future
C - awk
D - 'as yet' - two conjuction together
E - sentence fragments

sulabh, when picking the right choice don't dive into the finding grammar usage. If you read some of these option they are really awkward and hence most likely to be incorrect on gmat
