C. all the othher choices have pronoun error. oppositon party has alleged abt the links between the rebel party and dissidents, so the pronun referring to rebel part must be plural.

but i have a doubt though, is allegations on - correct idiom, i thought it shud be allegations about

The answer should be C.

The banned rebel party ==> "IT" should be used.

the usage "saying that they did not have" is wrong. For collective noun such as party we should use "it". therefore eliminate option a abd b
The usage "between them and the dissidents" sounds awkward. because collective noun such as party we should use "it. Therefore eliminate option d.
I feel that allegations should be "on the nexus" not "for the nexus" Allegations/statements on a connection seems appropraite. so acc to me answer is C

What is the OA?

I would also go with C....................................

In E there is one more problem that "and said that it did not have any relations with the dissidents." should have been preceded by a "comma"..................."saying" in C is more appropriate............
