I think the answer should be 600


90 = 3*3*2*5
300 = 3*2*5*2*5
196 = 7*7*2*2

LCM or M = 2*2*3*3*5*5*7*7


600 = 2*3*2*5*2*5

This option has an extra 2 than the LCM.

Hence A.

LCM = 44100

44100/600 is not an integer. The rest are
