camitava, the conclusion is "Removing the mushrooms is bad for the trees". To weaken this, you would choose something that can be interpreted as "removing the mushroom is NOT bad for the trees". Hence D should be the answer. E supports the conclusion as it says the same thing: "removing the mushrooms is bad..."

Today only i repeated this test and found myself wrong with E. Its a really tough question, but i found none of the eplanation really convincing....i want to understand the key point here..can anybody explain it further..
