Simplfying Radicals

If a>b>0 then Sq. root a^2 - b^2 =

(Sq. root a+b)(Sq. root a-b)
or
(Sq. root a + Sq. root b) (Sq. root a - Sq. root b)

This is simplifing radicals right?

sqrt(a^2-b^2)

The a^2-b^2 inside the square root cane be broken in to (a+b) (a-b)

Therefore it will be

sqrt((a+b)(a-b)) = sqrt(a+b) * sqrt(a-b)

sqrt(2*3) = sqrt(2) * sqrt(3)
