I agree with OA C

This is ratio problem be careful about the given data
What we have to find here is Ratio of number of green marbles to red marbles in a bag .

Stmt 1
B=2G
G=Number of Green marbles
B=Number of Blue marbles
But no information about red marbles
Stmt 2
B=3R
R=Number of Red marbles
B=Number of Blue marbles
But no information about green marbles

From both above stmt we get
R=(2/3)G
This is enough to answer the question
They haven't asked the number of green or red marbles but they have asked about the ration of the green and red marbles.
