IMO C

the opposite sides are parallel and equal
the angle between adjacent sides is not 90 degrees.

IMO its D.

Try sketching it and you will see that AB is parallel to CD (and AD is parallel to BC) based on their slopes.

a rhombus is an equilateral parallelogram. In other words, it is a four-sided polygon in which every side has the same length
also in rhombus diagnols intersect perpendicularly each other.

Clearly here 4 sides are equal and diagnols are perpendicular.

I'm not sure if other users feel this way, but I find all of these posts a bit distracting. It seems like a lot of the questions you post aren't for your personal growth and don't seem like actual GMAT questions. I think it may benefit the board if we were to create a sticky post similar to what Sureshbala did for his 780+ aspirants questions and have you stick all of your questions in there. I appreciate the challenging questions you ask but I'm worried that some peoples post about questions that they genuinely struggle with may get lost in the mix.

Hope to not offend anyone, I just want to make the forum as useful as possible.

You are right... all 4 sides have equal lengths, hence it is a rhombus. C.

100% agree with you.
I believe they may be related to CAT (INDIAN MBA admission test) also.

Good to solve the really nice problems. But, it is better to make sticky thread like "SURESH BALA"s posts..

Sanju,
I don't see you posting OA or explanation for the most of your questions.
Please post the Source of the question too.

I agree as well.
If these are questions from the CAT, we definitely DO NOT want it posted on this forum which is purely for the GMAT.
I know questions on the CAT are harder and more challenging and it probably would be good to try harder questions but the focus over here is questions that are likely to appear on the GMAT.
Various approaches on GMAT questions are surely welcome but once again, the idea is to stick to the GMAT Curriculum (if you could call it that) as far as possible.

Dear links,

I am really thankful to all of you responsible visitors to the site for you have paid a sincere look over my work and boosted me with your esteemed advice. The GMAT CAT happens to have a very big pool of questions ranging from EASY to MODERATE to INTERMEDIATE to DIFFICULT to VERY DIFFICULT to 780+ to NO ONE KNOWS type of questions. One who is aiming higher, should have to have a good taste of all of these types of questions, importantly the questions from and over DIFFICULT level. No question in my previous posts has been taken from the Combined Admission Test materials. It is more important to attempt a new question than to know it's source. A sender is not everytime the author. I have tailored quite a few questions in my posts just as to convey another interesting and useful information to the aspirants, yes those were not genuine GMAT CAT questions, but weren't useless as well.
I post the OA along with my explanation, only when I feel it's my turn now. It's really bad habit, I agree :)
