In GMAT, infinitive is always preferred over “-ing” form. Always, avoid “being” and “-ing” form. Also, “would” is used when some future event is likely to happen. “Could” is either used as past tense of “can” or a polite request. The given sentence talks about a future event, so neither of the usage of “could” fits the bill. Hence, I would prefer “would” over “could.”
