The Kaplan Quiz Bank shouldn't repeat any material from OG. I've not seen the Quiz Bank material myself, so I can't comment on its quality.

I encourage you to purchase this Quiz Bank as a last resort, after exhaustively studying OG. The best preparation you can do is by practicing with actual GMAT questions--OG is the only book that offers that. I think it's even worthwhile to repeat the text if you've already finished it.
