Probability and Statistics

by ldoolitt » Tue Feb 09, 2010 6:01 am
When I took the exam I remember this being part of the more advanced material. In fact I only remember seeing at most 2 total questions of this nature on any exam that I took. However on my fiances diagnostic exam she scored low on the quant and saw 4 total probability and statistic questions. Is that abnormal?

Also is there an MGMAT guide that covers these? Word translations I'm guessing? If not is there a study sheet I should grab for her?

MGMAT's word tranlations makes it as simple as possible. I think you can probably expect to see maybe 2 stats questions and one probability question. That's what I saw two weeks ago on the actual exam.

Great! I'm going to go grab the word translations guide to supplement the math foundations then.
