It seems like the OG Guides questions are too easy. Are they arranged in difficulty of increasing question number? If so which question would someone recommend to start at for medium and up difficulty level. Ive gotten to about question 50 in each section so that's roughly only 1/4 of questions.

Yes, they are indeed ordered roughly by difficulty. If you know your ability level in percentile, then I would do problems from that percentile in the questions.
For example. If you have a 50 percentile score (500 level) then study problems that are 50% of the way up. If you have an 80 percentile score, then do problems 80% of the way up.
Don't know your score yet? Stop and take a practice test immediately. You should start with this. (I know you don't feel ready yet. Suck it up and get in there.) You can get free a practice test at www.ManhattanGMAT.com.
Next challenge, you will run out of problems at your difficulty level quickly. Do questions NEAR your difficulty (above and below) for more practice. Then, take more practice tests to get the questions that you need.
