Well this is GMATprep question. Ans. shld be B

<ABC is a right angled triangle. So, AB^2 = AC^2 - BC^2, that will give AB = Root 3

Area = (1/2) (Root 3) (1) = Ans B

Vladmire, I rechecked it in GMATprep too. Software says B as the answer.
