The table above shows the distribution of test scores for a group of management trainees. Which score interval contains the median of the 73 scores?

1)60-69
2)70-79
3)80-89
4)90-99
5) It cannot be determined from the information given

I believe the answer is 2) 80-89. The median is the middle score when the scores are listed in ascending or descending order. Since there are 73 scores, the 37th one in that list would be the median. The 37th score would be in the 80-89 range.
