GMAT - 730 ( Q50, V39), AWA 5.0

Nationality - Indian

Education:
Masters in Engineering from a Top Ranked school in India,
GPA - 3.9

Bachelor of Engineering from a second tier Engineering Institute in India,
GPA - 3.8
(Received a Gold medal for excellent academic performace during Undergraduation.)

Age - 29
Work Experience : 6.5 Years in Information Technology ( 3 Years in India, 3.5 in US)
Currently working for a US based retail company.

Target Schools - INSEAD, IESE, London Business School, HBS, Booth and MIT.

I will appreciate your recommendations and comments.

Hello,

From the information you've provided, I'd consider your target schools to be mainly reasonable reaches with some variation in competiveness in this group, and IESE an on-par. I think HBS might be almost beyond reach for various reasons - not because of lack of qualification though - but I don't know enough about your profile to really tell. Degree of leadership, career advancement/impact, and similar factors would have a hugee bearing on your viability as a candidate for HBS and indeed would for other top programs as well.
