One approach is to CROSS-MULTIPLY.

A: 33/50 > 2/3
3*33 > 50*2
99 > 100.
Doesn't work.
Eliminate A.

B: 8/11 > 2/3
3*8 > 11*2
24 > 22.
This works.

The correct answer is B.

This Question is very direct as the options provided are wide. As we scan the option choices we see that (b) will give a figure as 0.7_ which is > 0.66
So,
