PS-Area of Triangle

Two sides of a triangle have length 6 and 8. Which of the following are possible areas of the triangle?

I. 2

II. 12

III. 24

OA is all three...I feel..[spoiler].II&III are Correct[/spoiler]

It should be all three.

Even if the length of two sides are 6 and 8 it might be possible that height of the triangle = .5

So in the scenario where base's length is 8 and height of the triangle is .5 we get the area as 2.

a triangle has a property that "Any side of a triangle is less than a sum of two other sides and more than their difference"

Using this logic we can rule out (a) Let me know in case i miss out on something

You are right, but the answer choices are areas not the length of the remaining side.
