Hi,
This is the first time i am writing to this forum. I am planning to take my GMAT exam on in the 1st week of August, so i have just 1.5 month left for my exam. I am working as a software engineer, so i have morning and evening time in the weekdays and the weekends to study for GMAT. I have been reading about GMAT since last 3 months but actually started my preparation in the month of May from OG - 11 GMAT review. I have completed almost all the questions of the book as i have read everywhere that OG is the bible of GMAT. So, i am planning to finish off all OG questions without any mistakes. I also took few practice tests from GMAT prep but could not score beyond 600. My average score was 530, 580 and 600.
I afford to score 45-50 in Q but in verbal i get 20-25.
Please suggest how to improve my score. Is proper review of OG-11 sufficient or do i need to go through other books also? I have Kaplan Premier and Kaplan 800 also with me, but i have not been able to find time for Kaplan books. Moreover, i have heard that Kaplan is tougher than the original GMAT, so i thought of first finishing the OG properly and then only reading any other books.
Should i buy Manhattan GMAT SC book for SC? Or is OG sufficient for that?
Please give your suggestions.
