One more thing.... who should write my reccomandation letters? Is it ok if one of them come from one of my university teachers?

I would avoid asking for a recommendation from a professor, you want your recommendations to highlight your professional skills rather than academics.

If you re-locate and are unable to work for money, it is most important to do something - preferably something relating to your future career goals - even if you are unpaid. Volunteering, interning, or anything that will allow you to continue your professional growth would be helpful.

You will have to explain your professional moves in your application (along with that Anthropology degree), but you also have to make the right decisions for your life.

Well... basically I took my MA because in Italy it's pretty normal getting a MA after your bachelor's degree...
I'm starting to worry about reccomendations... if I volunteer, a volunteer supervisor would still be a good reccomender?

If you have done significant volunteer work and you think the work demonstrates you management and leadership potential, it is definitely an option to use your volunteer supervisor.

I would also ask someone at your current job for a recommendation.
