ISB 2013

by vivekkatti » Thu Aug 09, 2012 8:53 pm
Hi,

I am an ISB aspirant who recently took the GMAT and needs some help to decide if I should attempt again.

My profile in brief

1. Ex-VP from Goldman Sachs - total ex 5 yrs 10 months
2. BBM Christ College - 70% +
3. 10th and 12th CBSE 90%

Strong extra-curricular record, part of student committee during BBM, won various events. Participated in CSR activities at GS and managed a team.

The only hitch is my GMAT score of 650 (Q 39, V 40)

Should I apply with this score or take the GMAT again?

Thanks for all your help!

Vivek.

Oh man! I was reading through your profile, and I'm like "awesome, awesome, awesome" and then 650 for GMAT. ouch! Anyhow, as a VP from GS, you are one of the rare folks with a 650 who would have a chance. Buuuuuut wouldn't it make more sense to give yourself a better chance by retaking??
