A. performing with endurance and run ------------> Not parallel
B. performing with endurance and running ----------> Parallelism is maintained
C. performing with endurance running -------------> endurance seems to modify running, which is wrong
D. to perform with endurance and to run -------------> Not parallel with the sentence
E. to perform with endurance and run -------------> Not parallel with the sentence
