Answer: B

Solution:

When the list of integers from 1 to 10 is multiplied by 3, the new list of integers is 3, 6, 9, …, 30. We see that this new list is an evenly spaced set; therefore, the median is equal to the average. In other words, the median is 1 times the average.

Answer: B
