Recommendation not received yet?

Hey I was hoping to get some advice on an issue that is making me really nervous...

So one of my recommenders for 3 business programs supposedly sent out his recommendation forms last sunday (10 days ago). No school has records of receiving any recommendations. Should I be worried? Are they just taking long to process the recommendations?

Generally B Schools update the status of recommendation immediately
