I think the answer is 'B'. It is a must be true question so the answer choice must come from the information in the passage....go through the answer choices -

A. Can be inferred
B. Can be inferred
C. Out of scope - answer would have been correct if it were an assumption question
D. Extreme wording - uses only
E. Too Extreme - uses must

Out A and B, B makes more sense.

I'm not an expert, this is just the way I think you should attack a must be true question. I may be wrong in getting the correct answer :-) I'm sure there will be a lot of brainy chaps..to help you out.

IMO (E)

Very low stable freezer temperatures does 2 things

Low freezer temp -> less stabilizers-> best flavor
stable temp - > best consistency.

Combibe both to get Answer as E

I would go with option E as the correct option
