There are multiple ways you could do this.

One is to multiply both sides of the ratio, 2:1/3.

Try multiplying both sides by 3 to make 1/3 into the integer, 1.

You get 6:1.

That matches answer choice A.

Another way to do it is to convert 2 to 1/3's.

2 = 6/3. So the ratio becomes 6/3:1/3, which is obviously 6:1, matching answer choice A.
