"If (sqrt)x is an integer, what is the value of (sqrt)x?
(1)5<x<15
(2)1<x<4 "
From st.1 : (sqrt)25 <(sqrt)x < (sqrt)225 and since (sqrt)x is an integer the possible value can only be (sqrt)81=9 SUFFICIENT
St.2 says that (sqrt)1 <(sqrt)x <(sqrt)16 so the possible values are 2 and 3 . So it's insufficient.
Am I right?
