Hello,

i dont know math at all!!
and now i'm learning.

i face some difficulty in understanding some problems. One of them is this:

+2 - (+6) = -8 >> why it is -8 and not -4 ?? Shouldn't we subtract here??

Also, this one:
-2 - (-6)=
-2+6=
-4 >> why we subtract here and not doing the addition??

I'm really confused!!

+2 - (+6) = 2 - 6 = -4, of course we are subtracting here. It cannot be -8.

-2 - (-6) = -2 + 6 = 6 - 2 = 4
