I have encountered a supposedly easy question on MGMAT, however the wording puzzled me:
If -3x < 6, which of the following must be true?
A x < -3
B x < -2
C x > 3
D x > -2
E x > 0
this question can be easily solved by division on both sides, and result is
x>-2, which most people would incline to choose D
But the question asks which of the following MUST BE TRUE, so imo C,D, and E are all correct. Therefore I think this question's wording is flawed.
What do you guys think?
