I do know there is something wrong I need to understand logic

Hospitals have focused on supporting practitioners from all fields of medicine, are now striving to become efficient solutions

How should this sentence actually be written

It would be helpful if u provide the complete sentence. From the bit provided i am unable to understand what exactly is the sentence trying to compare.
